Ghost Rider rides through a street on his Hell Cycle. Then Spawn appears. Ghost Rider continues, intent on running him over. However, Spawn flies above Ghost Rider. Ghost Rider stops the Hell Cycle.
Ghost Rider: If you value your life, leave.
Spawn: A being who managed to dethrone both Satan and God shouldn't take orders!
Ghost Rider: And I certainly shouldn't lose this fight.
WHO IS HELL'S BEST FIGHTER? FIGHT!
Spawn pulls a large gun and shoots Ghost Rider. He then teleports behind Ghost Rider and holds him by his head and creates a large spike in his hand through Ghost Rider's head. But Ghost Rider survives. He turns around and punches Spawn. He tries to punch him again, but Spawn teleports behind him and shoots him again. He then teleports in front of him and punches him. Ghost Rider uppercuts Spawn. He then grabs him and headbutts him.
Ghost Rider: Look into my eyes!
Ghost Rider then unleashes the Penance Stare on Spawn, killing him.
